Driving Directions
From I-65, take Exit 310 towards Cullman to Hwy 31, turn South. Go approximately 1 mile to traffic light of Sportsman's Lake Road and turn Right. Follow road through gate to park.
Description
On the park grounds, visitors will also find a small-scale train which goes along the shore of the lake, fishing, a wildflower garden, an 18-hole miniature golf course and acres of environment areas for viewing. The trails network provides opportunities for shady walking enthusiast, the novice bike rider, in-line skaters, mountain bikers and various bike special events and cross country events. Camping hook ups are also available in the park. Park admission is free and open daily from 7:00 a.m. until dusk. Drop by and relax in the morning, afternoon or weekend at Sportsman Lake Park.
